Our customer service staff and highly qualified technicians are here to assist you with any product malfunctions you may have. We are factory authorized for all major manufacturers and provide service for not only products we sell but also those of our competitors. We offer a pick-up and delivery service for all service tickets, with travel fees varying by location. We strive to complete all repairs in a timely manner. Repair times may vary depending on whether we stock the part necessary to complete your repair, and where the part is being shipped from if it has to be ordered. There is a non-refundable estimate fee due upon check in of your unit for service which will be applied towards the cost of your repair. If the unit is not repairable or should you opt not to complete the repair, the fee is non-refundable and is applied to the estimate as well as the technicians time spent diagnosing the unit. All units have a pre-approval rate, which varies according to the type and size of the unit. Our friendly customer service staff will be happy to inform you of those rates upon request.


We perform warranty repairs for all of the manufacturers listed below. If you are receiving service for a unit in warranty, please inform our staff of this upon check in. We will need a copy of your sales receipt for manufacturers warranty, and a sales slip as well as copy of your warranty contract is the unit falls in an extended warranty period.
